Get Twysted is grateful for all of its guests old and new. However, we would like to emphasize the importance of finding a healthy balance of conversation. Naturalist and guest must refrain from questions of a personal nature. Your naturalist qualifications as it pertains to your service is acceptible.
Your naturalist goal is to be your guide on your natural hair journey.
LATENESS
Get Twysted allows 15 minutes for lateness. Appointment may need to be rescheduled beyond that point.
Please take our other clients needs into consideration as your lateness will affect them.
NO SHOW
Get Twysted will charge a $45 NO CALL/NO SHOW FEE. No exceptions.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be made 24/48 hours in advance.
Payment Type - Cash only!
Please have available currency breakdown for payment, i.e single bills ect.
Visa, Mastercard & Discover Card will be available as soon as we can find a merchant service that works for us.
- RATES we realize when a potential customer calls that he or she is looking for the cheapest price around. They are assuming that they will get the highest quality of service at minimum cost. It is soon discovered that you get what you pay for.
REIMBURSEMENTS - DO-OVERS
- We do not offer reimbursements or do-overs once you have paid for service.
